Contact us two weeks (or sooner) from start date of class so course materials can arrive in time. If this deadline is missed you may still enroll up to two weeks after courses begin, but materials will be late. Enrollment may be made in person by showing up for the class on the first day. If you plan on doing this please reach out to let us know of your commitment so we can have materials ready for you. You must apply for scholarships according to their deadlines (please contact your scholarship to find out specific dates). Please register for your class before you apply for a scholarship so we can confirm you are signed up. Scholarship funds are paid to the college, and returned to the scholarship directly in the case of a cancellation (not to the student).
Please email the registrar if you have questions or need further assistance:

By filling our this form I understand that:
1. This is an interest form, not a course registration. You will be asked to fill out a registration on the first day of class, this will help us to have materials ready for you on that day.
2. Completed courses may not be applied to more than one program.
3. A supervised final exam is required to earn transferable credit (including online courses). A pastor, deacon or leader in your church may qualify in online scenarios but arrangements need to be made prior to the test.
4. To obtain an official transcript of this course the Seminary Extension must have an official copy of your High School transcript or GED on file. Dual enrollment students do not get credit until after graduation from High School or equivalent.
5. I understand that I must complete this course within the time frame provided by Idaho Baptist College.
6. Idaho Baptist College reserves the right to refuse enrollment or to cancel enrollment based upon personal conduct, academic performance, or determination that the course or program will not benefit the student.
7. Courses taken for credit are also required to fill out and abide by the Seminary Extension Course Enrollment Application and Seminary Extension policies.
8. Courses may be taken for personal enrichment for $50. If you take the course for personal enrichment it does not count for credit but is intended for personal enrichment only. If you cannot afford this fee but would still like to take this class please contact the registrar.
9. Scholarships are available for students taking classes for credit, but the application must be filled out prior to the scholarship deadline. Please see the Financial Services page for details.
10. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds (Cancellation is based on the Seminary Extension refund policy.):
W – Withdrawal – Student had to withdraw from the course due to special circumstances and they did so with a passing grade to that point. If a student did not have a passing grade at the time of withdrawal, Idaho Baptist College will enter an F for the final grade.
NS – Non Start – Student enrolled in the course, but did not continue beyond the third lesson.
Students may cancel a course and request a refund at any time by contacting Idaho Baptist College. The study guide is the course, so it must be returned to Idaho Baptist College as a part of the refund process. Please return it regardless of its condition. Once we have verified your information, the refund will be applied according to the following policy.
Refunds are based on the following schedule. Refunds are available for up to 6 months from the date of enrollment. Idaho Baptist College will refund:
· 100% of the course cost to a student who cancels a course within the first 15 days of enrollment.
· 90% of the course cost to a student who has completed up to and including 10% of the course.
· 75% of the course cost to a student who has completed between 10% and 25% of the course.
· 50% of the course cost to a student who has completed between 25% and 50% of the course.
· After the student has completed more than 50% of the course, the institution shall be entitled to retain the entire course cost.
Note that the course cost as stated in this policy does not include value of textbooks or shipping and handling. Any textbooks provided must be returned for a refund for the value of the textbook (while text books are included in the course cost, there is a cost to provide them so for a full refund including the value of the text books they must be returned in good condition). If the textbook is not in returnable condition that amount will be deducted from the refund.
